নেপোয় মারে দই

 একটা হরিণের দখল নিয়ে এক সিংহ আর ভালুকের মধ্যে জোর লড়াই হল । লড়াই করতে করতে দু'জনেই রীতিমত জখম হয়ে পড়ল এবং তাদের নড়বার শক্তি পর্যন্ত রইল না, মৃতপ্রায় হয়ে তারা রাস্তায় পড়ে রইল।

এক খেঁকশিয়াল সেই পথ দিয়ে যাচ্ছিল। যেতে যেতে দুই মহাবীরের এঁ অবস্থা দেখে এবং একটা মৃত হরিণকে দুইজনের মাঝে পড়ে থাকতে দেখে সে সেটা কামড়ে ধরে টেনে হিচড়ে নিয়ে গেল।
উত্থান শক্তি রহিত সিংহ ও ভালুক তখন নিজেদের মধ্যে বলাবলি করতে লাগল ভাগ্য আর কাকে বলে? হরিণটার জন্যে আমরা লড়াই করে মরলাম, আর কিছু না করে পেয়ে গেল সেটা একটা বজ্জাত খেঁকশিয়াল!

উপদেশ - নিজেদের মধ্যে গওগোলে অপরের সুবিধা হয় ।

A fierce fight broke out between a lion and a bear over the possession of a deer. In the fight, both of them were badly injured and could not even move, they lay dead on the road.

A jackal was passing by. As he was passing by, he saw the two heroes in this condition and saw a dead deer lying between them, so he grabbed it and dragged it away.
