একটি ইঁদুর সাপ এবং নেউলের গল্প

 

একদা এক গর্তে একটি ইঁদুর থাকতাে। একদিন একটি নেউলে সেই গর্তের সামনে হাজির হল। আর ঠিক সেই মুহূর্তেই কোথা থেকে যেন একটি সাপও সেখানে হাজির হলাে। তারা দুজনেই খাবারের সন্ধানে এসেছিল। কিন্তু দেখা গেল সাপে আর নেউলে লড়াই বেধে গেছে। তাদের কাররই আর ইদুরকে মারার কথা মনে রইল না।

গর্তের ইঁদুর এদের যুদ্ধে ব্যস্ত দেখে তার গর্ত থেকে বেরিয়ে এল। অমনি সাপ আর নেউল লড়াই থামিয়ে নিজেদের ঝগড়া ভুলে দু’জনেই ইঁদুরটির ওপর ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়ল।

রাজনীতির ক্ষেত্রেও এরকমটা প্রায়ই দেখা যায়। বিরােধরত দুইদল যখন দেখে তাদের সাধারণ বিপক্ষ কোনও দল মাথা চাড়া দিয়ে উঠেছে, তখন তারা নিজেদের বিবাদ ভুলে ঐ বিপক্ষ দলকে আক্রমণ করে।

উপদেশ - জাতশত্রুরাও স্বার্থের জন্যে পরস্পরে জোট বাঁধে।



Once upon a time, there was a mouse in a hole. One day, a mole appeared in front of that hole. And at that very moment, a snake also appeared there from nowhere. Both of them came in search of food. But it turned out that the snake and the mole had a fight. Neither of them remembered to kill the mouse.

Seeing them busy in the fight, the mouse in the hole came out of its hole. Immediately, the snake and the mole stopped fighting and, forgetting their quarrel, both of them jumped on the mouse.

This is often seen in politics. When two opposing parties see that a group that is their common opponent has risen, they forget their own dispute and attack that opposing party.
